Payment
Orders are shipped C.O.D. , Credit card service is also available ( Visa, Mastercard ).
Approved accounts need to pay within 30 days of invoice date.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice (Euro Exchange)
Minimum Order
For orders less than US $ 200.00 a service charge of US $ 18.00 will be applied
Shipping / Handling
Orders are shipped via FED-EX unless otherwise specified. All shipments are insured
and will be charged to the customer.
Purchase orders received after 4:00 pm will be shipped on the following business day.
Claims
Claims for damage or loss must be made in writing ( including copy of invoice ) within
3 days of invoice date.
Returns
Following the review and inspection of returned items a return authorization can only
be granted by INNOVATIVE ENDOSCOPY COMPONENTS,llc. Returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
NO Returns after 3 days for parts that had been ordered wrong.
Cancellation
Cancelled orders may require a cancellation charge .
Approx. 20 % of the item value
